2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Removing passwords or providing necessary access if required for testing
• Ensuring the device legally belongs to them

ZFix is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.

3. Warranty & Repair Responsibility

We do not provide monetary refunds for completed repair services.

However, if damage or issues are caused directly by our technician during the repair process, ZFix will take responsibility to:

• Repair the affected issue, or
• Replace the damaged parts where appropriate

Warranty coverage only applies to issues related to the repaired component or repair workmanship.

4. Third-Party Parts

Some repairs may use compatible third-party parts unless otherwise stated. Performance and appearance may vary from original manufacturer components.

All completed repair services and installed parts are non-refundable.
